Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original made in Anambra products. We also take all necessary actions to ensure that any seller found to be selling non-genuine products is immediately delisted from Proudly Anambra.
Will all of the items in my order arrive in a single package?

If your order consists of items from more than one seller, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from a single seller, your items may arrive together or separately. If your orders arrive separately, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will be delivered shortly.

How do I know if a product comes with warranty?

If a warranty is offered on a product it will be displayed on the product page. If a product is sold by multiple vendors the warranty period offered by each vendor may be different too.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

We would send you an email once your order has been confirmed. We might also call you in some cases. We also send text messages once your delivery is completed.

Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?

You can request for a change if your order is not yet shipped and the new address is in the same region or city. However, if you wish to change the shipping address to a different region or city we will have to cancel and replace the original order.

How long does it take to receive my product?

The average delivery timelines are displayed on the product page but it also depends on your location. We also send regular updates on the progress of your order via emails on your registered email id App notifications/alerts on the Proudly Anambra App and SMS's. We do our best to begin processing your orders at the instant you make your payments. However, within Anambra takes between 24hours - 3days based on your location and the level of movement in such areas, while other states in Nigeria takes 1-7 days.

Proudly Anambra for now works very effectively within Anambra State, however we attend to inter-state orders placed in the special order category. We deliver products nation-wide when only placed as a special order.

You must refuse to accept the delivery of an open package. Reach out to our support lines to report cases like this.

I have ordered severally but I have only received one item so far?

Items from different vendors are delivered separately to ensure that there is no delay in fulfilling your order. Be rest assured that you will receive all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of each of these items.

I have a complaint against the delivery agent who came to deliver my order, what should I do?

Can I buy as many items as I want during special events such as Black Friday, Proudly Anambra Anniversary etc.

We might put a restriction on some on-demand items so that everybody gets a chance to enjoy our amazing deals. These conditions will be mentioned on the product page and at checkout.

Will the products I ordered be delivered on time for special events such as Black Friday, Proudly Anambra Anniversary etc.

Proudly Anambra ensures that all items ordered during special events like Black Friday etc. are delivered within the delivery timeline as communicated on the product page. They may vary from the usual delivery timeline so check the product page delivery timeline information at the moment of the order.

Does Proudly Anambra Deliver Abroad?

No, not yet. We do not provide international delivery for now.

Cancellation is possible only before your order is Shipped. Once the order is Shipped we cannot cancel.

When paying with Debit / Credit card on Proudly Anambra we will ask you for your 16 digit Card number and expiry date and CVV (Card Verification Value) / Security code. Please note that Proudly Anambra doesn't save your card information (unless you specify) or CVV information and you will be asked to enter it each time you purchase on Proudly Anambra.
